नूर हिदायह क्या है?
नूर हिदायह उमरा और हज के सफ़र पर जाने वाले हाजियों के लिए एक ऐप है, और उन्हें ले जाने वाले टूर ऑपरेटरों के लिए एक डैशबोर्ड। यह ऐप अरकान में क़दम-ब-क़दम आपका मार्गदर्शन करता है और आपके ग्रुप के सफ़र का प्रोग्राम, ऐलान और मदद एक ही जगह रखता है।
क्या ऐप अभी डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है?
अभी नहीं। नूर हिदायह जल्द ही लॉन्च होने वाला है और अभी ऐप स्टोर में नहीं है। जब यह आपके ग्रुप के लिए तैयार होगा, तो आपका ऑपरेटर आपको बताएगा।
क्या यह इंटरनेट के बिना काम करता है?
हाँ। अरकान का मार्गदर्शन, दुआएँ, नमाज़ के वक़्त, क़िबला, मक्का और मदीना के नक़्शे और इमरजेंसी नंबर बिना सिग्नल के भी काम करते हैं। आपके ग्रुप के सफ़र का प्रोग्राम और ऐलान एक बार आ जाने के बाद आपके फ़ोन पर रहते हैं; नई जानकारी आने के लिए इंटरनेट कनेक्शन चाहिए।
यह किन भाषाओं में है?
दुआएँ और लगभग सारे अरकान अंग्रेज़ी, हिंदी और उर्दू में हैं, और हर दुआ के साथ उसकी अरबी इबारत भी है। बाक़ी अरकान और ऐप का तर्जुमा अभी हो रहा है, और कश्मीरी में भी तर्जुमा हो रहा है।
Who has checked the religious content?
The rites, the duas and the guides are reviewed by the Noor Hidayah team, and the ritual guide names the work it follows. Noor Hidayah gives no religious rulings: for a question about your own situation, ask a qualified scholar.
Is Noor Hidayah an emergency service?
No. The SOS button tells your operator's staff that you need help, and they see it only while their dashboard or the Noor Hidayah Partner app is open. It does not call the police or an ambulance. In an emergency, call the local number yourself: 911 in Saudi Arabia, 112 in India.

अरकान का मार्गदर्शन, दुआएँ, नमाज़ के वक़्त, क़िबला और इमरजेंसी नंबर मुफ़्त हैं। अगर आपका सफ़र किसी पार्टनर ऑपरेटर के साथ है, तो आपका ऑपरेटर आपको ग्रुप के फ़ीचर देता है, और ऐप में आपसे कभी पैसे नहीं माँगे जाते।
Does Noor Hidayah replace Nusuk, my visa or my permits?
No. Permits, visas and bookings stay with Nusuk and with your operator. Noor Hidayah is a guide, and a way to stay in touch with your group.
What happens to my passport details?
Your passport and visa numbers are encrypted and shown masked, and each time your operator opens one, it is recorded. Our privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.

Passport and visa numbers are encrypted before they are stored and are shown masked on the dashboard. Only an administrator can reveal one, and every reveal is recorded. Your staff sign in with a password and an authenticator app.
