In an emergency

Noor Hidayah is not an emergency service. These numbers connect you to the local services only.

The SOS button in the app tells your operator's staff, who see it only while their dashboard or the Noor Hidayah Partner app is open. It does not call these services.

Saudi Arabia

  • Saudi emergency (all services): 911
  • Red Crescent: 997
  • Police: 999

India

  • India emergency (all services): 112
